We are super excited for Cancun Mexico in 2025. This will be our fourth year of Covenant Marriage retreats. We are once again paired up with Steve Cassell Ministries and ready for an incredible Marriage Encounter. Passports are required.

Jan 20: Plan to arrive at the airport 2.5 – 3 hrs prior to departure. Baggage allowance: Each passenger is allowed 1 personal item and 1 carry-on bag at no charge. Checked bags cannot exceed 62 linear inches or weigh over 50lbs each.

Ryan has the service voucher for the group. Three vans have been confirmed. A $20 gratuity per driver and bottle of water for each person has been paid for. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.

AFTER YOU LAND: LANDING IN TERMINAL #3:

VERY IMPORTANT: We are ONLY at the TOUR OPERATOR-HOTEL Shuttle exit terminal. Pass the sliding doors and find our USA TRANSFERS team. Never ever exit the last sliding door that reads “Family and Friends”.

When ready, please locate our uniformed airport USA Transfers staff at TERMINAL 3

•Exit customs walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, exit the last sets of sliding doors that read TOUR OPERATOR – HOTEL SHUTTLE.

•There you are! outside of the building, no a/c, as a reference to the right-hand side of the new Margarita Ville, pass it walking to posts further down, and identify our uniformed USA Transfers staff, as in the picture.

Spend time with other couples and discuss marriage Day – Couples may choose to do an excursion as well)

A Meeting room is reserved for the group from 9:00am-1:00pm

Jan 23: Return home – Transportation to the airport will be provided by USA Transfers, CF# 1225619

Your drivers will be at the resort at 11:15am.

You need to be checked out of your room and in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival time.

Cancellations after July 1 will incur penalties. The amount of the penalty depends on the cancellation date. Cancellation for any reason after October 1 are completely non-refundable.
